I practice self-care. One way I can do that is to participate in MaxLiving.com. There are five essentials to MaxLiving.com. Core Chiropractic is the first. I frequently visit New Life Chiropractic in Rocklin, California. It's so good!
Love bringing joy to others' doorsteps with my art. At the Davis Cemetery District & Arboretum, I have eleven paintings on display and for sale at Gallery 1855. One of the paintings there is South Yuba River CommUNITY. It's a 36 X 36-inch. My friend, Wendy is driving up to talk with me there and we hope to continue our visit at a nearby American Halal food joint. Yes, we are going to the city with the active murderer on the loose. Yes, there are cities that have never had a murder, but my art is not located there.
One such city is Fremont, California. And my Uber driver thinks that is too far to deliver and pick up the artwork so, we can't go. Another is Vancouver, Washington. Oh! I was there once. It was during the Vietnam War and Dad didn't let us get out of the car. The city was filled with those "hippies" (defectors from America) and apparently dad lived in fear.
Another is Elk Grove, California. So, I am trying to complete a painting to be entered in the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center. Love that place! The staff are pretty warm and welcoming and I have even won a ribbon and sold a piece there. I wish their membership prices were lower though.
The other murderless city that comes to mind is Frisco, Texas. My husband has cousins there. We never hear from them. I am sad and disappointed also.
